Adherence to Schedule & Regulations
Participants must be present on time for all scheduled activities.
Please respect the instructions of the Organizing Committee (OC)
Maintain Personal & Collective Image
Behave in a respectful, friendly, and cooperative manner with fellow participants.
Show respect for local culture and avoid making excessive noise or acting inappropriately in public spaces.
Environmental Awareness
Do not litter, especially in shared and public areas.
Use resources responsibly (water, electricity, etc.)
Personal Safety
Do not leave the group without prior approval from the OC.
Always carry identification documents (or a copy) when leaving the accommodation.
Follow traffic safety rules.
Avoid staying out late, especially when traveling alone at night.
Limit Alcohol & Stimulants Usage
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages should be limited and responsible.
No Smoking in Prohibited Areas (smoking is banned in all enclosed public spaces: restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc.)
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, authorized supervisor, or a person over 18 for any activities outside of the official program.
Personal belongings & property safety
Always keep your valuables secure; avoid displaying expensive items when in public.
Do not leave your passport, money, or phone unattended.
Be vigilant on public transportation to prevent pickpocketing.
Contact the OC immediately in case of emergencies
If you get lost, feel unwell, or lose your belongings, contact the Organizing Committee (OC) immediately for assistance.
Pack thoughtfully for the weather
While summer in Budapest can be hot, evenings are often cool — pack a light jacket.
For outdoor activities, don’t forget a hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water.
Respect local culture
Hungarian people prefer quietness in public places, especially on public transportation.
When visiting churches or historical sites, wear respectful and appropriate attire.
Save emergency numbers & OC contact information
Always keep the OC’s phone number and Hungary’s emergency contact information with you.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any incidents or consequences that occur if a participant voluntarily leaves or deviates from the official schedule without prior approval from the OC.
